A Complete renovation of an older Town house in Spain.

We changed the floor plan totally for more light and took down 3 walls

(of which 2 load-bearing)

The result was a large, bright and social room with a sofa area, dining place and kitchen.

Since the roof was flat, we built an extra roof terrace.
